@ok1jwc I agree. Don’t forget that science has never, and must never be a “consensus”. You can get a bunch of so-called scientists to agree that 1+1=3, and shoot down the non-scientists by what’s known as an appeal to authority. “I’m a scientist, you’re not”. This is the problem with AGW. When someone demands “prove it”, they either shut the person down by discrediting them, or say that 2500 other “scientists” agree so shut up.

@ok1jwc I agree. Science on AGW is definetly not settled. But the IPCC would tell you that it is as settled as 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen= water. There is actually a very easy way to tell if AGW is the real deal. Go outside look up at the sky ( the infinite sky) and ask yourself ” am I really that significant to alter the climate”. The answer is obviously no.

I would call the 25000 or so scientists who HAVE signed a petition that states that they DO NOT agree that humans have any noticeable effect on the climate could be called “plenty”. It much MORE than the IPCCs 2500 list of NON scientists, most of whom are “activists’ and government employees NOT scientists!
The science is not only NOT settled but it actually leans more towards the sceptics NOT the warmists.
AGW is a fraud, period.
I understand where you are coming from. But it is obvious people are making huge money off of this, and it’s pretty obvious we are lied to about a lot of stuff. Just like with 911. I don’t know a lot of the facts, so I don’t point the finger at any particular person/group, I just know that things are being kept from us, and they are for a reason. I think its a good show because it gets people thinking, then they can do there own research.
I wouldnt call it “plenty”, it was mostly just the regular conspiracy nuts.
I never said that i dont believe in the global warming hoax, but i definitely dont believe anything this piece of crap show has to say. It’s all sensationalism, and overdramatism. When something presents itself like this, how can you really take it seriously?
@AnonTbomb I think you should watch the show again, there are plenty of scientists and qualified people who speak on the subject. Do you think what they are saying is false? If Global Warming is such a problem why is carbon trading a trillion dollar business in the U.S.?
Also, if the temperature levels have lowered significantly over the last year, why does nobody know this, why don’t they tell people that? because they don’t want us to know, right? It’s a fact that things are hidden, why?
That may be, but where are they? I dont see them in this show. I just see the usually gang of nutjobs making unsubstantiated claims.
@AnonTbomb it’s not a ex pro-wrestler, maybe you missed the rest of the show, but there are plenty of scientist and doctors speaking on this subject.
@HeavyMechanics prividing facts is not cheesy, nor is it goofy. If you don’t believe the facts, you can say they are liars, but I do not see it as cheesy. It’s funny how blind people really are, even after huge red flags are put right in front of them.

This show is cheesy, and goofy, and only ever scratches the surface of whatever subject it is “investigating”. It’s just more sensationalist media confirming the fact that true investigative journalism is dead.
i couldnt care less if someone has a different opinion, but thats not what we’re talking about. We were talking about “Facts”, which are very different from opinions, and i dont see many of them in this trashy show.
as if trying to demean somebody, by calling them “an ex pro wrestler” makes something they say less credible. The guy was the governer of one of our 50 states…what are you up to, blogging?

We’ve both witnessed capitalism. Of course not in its pure form but who really has? Ultimately both Capitalism and Communism call for the same thing. But they both go about it in authoritarian/oppressive/ass-backwards ways. They’ve failed us and we need to move on from them. Once again if you wanna look at the real elephant in the room raking in profits off of lies, look at fossil fuel industry funding denial, NOT scientists doing thankless/endless research. Trust the thousands of geeks.
Just because profiteers are making money doesn’t mean that therefore the entire thing is a hoax and all the science is fake. All it means is that disaster capitalism is alive and well.

@IngeniousEpithet : i love it when you people are so quick to say the giant glowing ball of fire in the sky that gives our solar system 100% of it’s heat, couldn’t possibly be responsible for heating our atmosphere. you just make yourselves sound unscientific. what real scientists should say is that is “highly improbable”. that way, you only sound partially dumb. match the graph of temps, CO2, and sun cycles and only two of them match. i’ll leave it to you to find out which ones they are.
